While the inaugural issue of The Raveler has been necessarily limited to a small community, future issues are open to all Master's students.
We welcome both critical and creative writing.
Although we're not peer-reviewed, we do ask that critical or scholarly writing use credible sources and be consistent in citation. Be sure to include your bibliography with your submission.
Book reviews are welcome. We accept reviews of all types of literature (novels, comic books, graphic novels, etc).
-For reviews, we ask that you limit your length to 4-5 pages.
-For critical writing, no more than 15 pages.
-For fiction, no more than 20 pages.
-For poetry, up to 15 pages total.
We have no date set for our next issue. As a new publication, much is dependent on the quality and number of submissions we receive in the coming weeks. One of our main goals is to have a variety of writing across a range of subjects and because of that, we expect to publish most of what you submit. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse publication if a work does not meet guidelines for responsible scholarship.
